Lift the Ceiling to unearth the possibilities

Our XVenture team is committed and dedicated to Creating Winning Minds.

XVenture started its journey in experiential learning in 2011 with the creation of the TV Show 'XVenture Challenge', broadcast on free to air and cable television in Australia and Asia. This featured fourteen major organisations represented by teams of six people undertaking a range of experiential challenges simulating business decision making.

Since then, XVenture has delivered accelerated experiential learning solutions to over 10,000 people from over seven hundred organisations across Australia, UK, USA, China, Singapore, Indonesia. Thailand and New Zealand.

We produced the two series of the hit 8 - episode TV shows XVenture Family Challenge - which both aired on free to air in Australia and New Zealand.

We believe in knowledge sharing, so you can now create and deliver your very own XVenture program in your organization using XVenture in a Box. As the name suggests, it contains everything you need to confidently deliver a powerful and valuable program.

The XVenture team has worked in elite sport over the last few years and been a proud contributor to the success of those we've worked with.

In season 1 of the WBBL XVenture partnered with Sydney Sixers and Sydney Thunder teams, both of whom made it to the inaugural national final.

In football, XVenture Founder and CEO, Mike Conway, was the Emotional Intelligence, Resilience and Mental Agility Coach for the championship winning Sydney FC A-League team from 2017 - 2019. This work translated into working with many of Australia's national team players individually including La Liga goalkeeper Maty Ryan, Adam Taggart, Harry Souttar, Ajdin Hrustic, Awer Mabil, and Matilda, Amy Harrison.

During the pandemic, the XVenture team worked with a number of elite sports teams with their XVenture Mind Games solution, including Melbourne City FC, Australian Women's Cricket Team, Chicago Fire FC, Western Sydney Wanderers and many more.

XVenture Mind Games - an online-based VR solution also became a major hit with some of the Globe's most innovative and best organisations including: Gymshark, EY, HP, HubSpot, Woolworths, Ivey Business School and many more.

Our accelerated experiential learning solutions are designed to lift the ceiling on individual and team thinking - how can we support you and your team? We're experts in the creation and delivery of live, virtual and hybrid solutions.

Do you want to win? We can work with you to get your Winning Mind.
