XVenture has worked with elite sports men and women for many years with a focus on personal development that has seen proven results again and again.

XVenture founder, Mike Conway, was formerly the Emotional Agility and Mind Coach for Sydney FC and currently has the same role in the Australian National Soccer Team. Mike was on the coaching team that saw back to back wins in 2016/17 for Sydney FC (who went on to win 5 trophies in 3 years) and has been working with the Australian National Soccer team since July 2018.

His work includes team cohesion and identity work, as well as creating a Winning Mindset and mentally tuning all players, many of whom play for international clubs. He has been working with Socceroos Captain and La Liga's Maty Ryan for the last 4 years.

XVenture have also provided experiential learning programs for the Women's Big Bash Team; Sydney Sixers and the Sydney Thunder in WBBL01. XVenture's commitment has even stretched as far as sponsoring the Sydney Sixers and the Sydney Thunder seeing them onto the finals!
