Sydney FC have partnered with XVenture, who are the Sky Blues Emotional Intelligence, Resilience and Leadership Advisor for the 2016/17 season.
XVenture works with top brand names in business, sport, and entertainment. They produce and deliver creative and innovative resilience and leadership solutions for high profile organisations, teams and individuals globally.
Led by XVenture's Founder & CEO, Mike Conway, their customised program for Sydney FC utilises a blend of techniques focused on developing closer connections between players, team effectiveness and efficiency, as well as building mental agility for individuals.
They are working closely with Sydney FC's Hyundai A-League and Westfield W-League squads to bring the best out of each individual in the pursuit of silverware during the 2016/17 seasons.
Conway said he is thrilled to be working closely with Sydney FC and has spent time over the last 11 weeks working with players, coaches and support staff.
"It's exciting to see two leading organisations team up for a single goal," he said.
"Being part of a sporting club that is dedicated and open to a holistic approach in developing players, coaches and support staff is just wonderful.
"We look forward to working with all the players and staff at the club, and hope to revel in trophy success come the conclusion of the playing calendar."
