Three scholarship recipients will be chosen to travel to Australia and New Zealand in October for the all-expenses paid learning, growth and development experience, including; time at XVenture HQ being mentored by CEO and Founder, Mike Conway and the XVenture team on emotional intelligence, personal branding, resume development and personal & professional development planning, an exclusive dinner on Sydney Harbour with incredible leaders from the 100 Leaders program including: Richard Deutsch (Managing Partner, Deloitte), Michael Kasprowicz (Director, Venture India & former Australian Cricketer), Terry McFlynn (A- League Football Manager, Sydney FC) plus other special guests, work experience with three of XVenture?s major partners as well as an exclusive opportunity to become part of the XVenture Production team for their brand new TV show, XVenture Family Challenge being filmed in New Zealand?s stunning Bay of Islands.

Submissions will be voted on by applicants? peers with the top 50 videos going through to a selection panel who will select the 3 scholarship recipients.
?We are so excited and looking forward to welcoming three young people into our team for 2 weeks in October. As an employer, I know that international learning and work experience can add an absolute competitive advantage to any resume. The application process alone will provide a great learning opportunity?, says Mike Conway, Founder & CEO of XVenture.
